Fernanda Cunha – Tribute to Antonio Carlos Jobim

Bringing a versatile voice and unique musical offerings to the Brazilian musical family is Fernanda Cunha, a Rio de Janeiro-based singer whose voice has been compared to legendary Brazilian songstress Elis Regina. Cunha has toured Brazil, Europe, Argentina, Malaysia and North America performing at prestigious international jazz festivals like Vancouver International Jazz Festival-Canada, Jazz Iberia-Spain, Borneo Jazz-Malaysia, Toronto Jazz Festival.

Cunha debuted in Vienna for the first time last november, and now she will be back to Vienna to perform a tribute concert to Antonio Carlos Jobim, one of the greatest Brazilian songwriters. She will be accompanied by pianist Fagner Wesley. The duo will play songs like “Girl from Ipanema”, “Dindi”, “Aguas de março” “wave, among others.
